First of all, Happy Monday!
Second, I want to thank you all for coming back to visit after I took a one week hiatus from this blog. I needed a mini break to spend some time on my personal life and my day job (yep, I do have one of those…). Plus Blog Tips says its healthy to take a break very once and a while (mostly to reinvigorate the creative energy)… especially after you’ve hit your 40th post, like I did last Friday!
But, I’m back, and not going anywhere anytime soon.

My weekend included much needed relaxation to recover from my week. I watched a couple of movies, caught up on my August fashion magazines and also hit the farmer’s market. San Francisco has a new one at Fort Mason and I am very happy with it. I have always loved farmer’s markets, but never particularly thought SF had a really good one (and you think it would….) before this, so it is a welcome addition.
During the summer, I mostly hit up the market to get my fruit fix. If you know me, you know I loooovvveee my summer fruit. Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Cantaloupe, Nectarines. Truly luscious tasting.
Plus, they’re really beautiful to look at, aren’t they?
I really like to eat fruit on my cereal in the morning.
…
(p.s. if you want to see a truly incredible farmer’s market, hit up Portland‘s on Saturdays at the Portland State Univ. campus. It’s huge and quality. My good friend also once spotted Keri Russell there, which also gives it coolness points in my book).

Beautiful pics of the “fruitfulness” of summer!! And i agree with you on the hiatus! We all need some “me” time. Even though our blogs are a personal creative outlet from “me” we inevitable try and please our readers. Down time is necessary, as is personal reflection! Glad your little time away did you well dear!!

Tasty stuff.
As for J.Biel not sure I’m too keen on the yellow suit… I think it’s the blazer that has something I don’t like. The trousers are ace though!
Tara says
haha – yes the yellow plus the double-breasted is not for everyone! I understand my dear!
