Fall day-to-night dressing at its best. Wear it with a cardigan and tights to the office, switch out the tights for high black heels and red lipstick for after-work cocktails. I love this dress’s sexy slouchy-ness, its subtle patchwork plaid pattern and the cute sleeve tabs.

“All Hail McQueen” Butter London Nail Lacquer
This new Fall color from Seattle’s Butter London is in honor of the late, great McQueen, who loved his plaids and menswear inspired looks. This highly wearable and on-trend neutral shimmery taupe goes perfectly with all of the military-inspired fall trends.

Frye Anna Oxford Heeled shoes
I am loving the heeled oxford trend. It feels so very modern right now. These platform lace-up shoes are surprisingly versatile- I would wear them to toughen up girly dresses and also with wide-leg denim trousers and a button-down shirt for a more tailored look. The rich brown color takes the shoes to a slightly less serious place than if they were black. Frye shoes are beautifully made with hand-crafted leather – you will have them forever. I have started my own collection of Frye shoes and boots and I have never regretted a purchase.
