When I was getting a mani/pedi this past Sunday, I stumbled upon the latest issue of W Magazine and kind of fell in love with the cover story couple: Michelle Williams and Ryan Gosling. They star together in the upcoming movie Blue Valentine (see trailer here). I love them together. I have always thought Michelle Williams was so pretty. I like her in these photos with slightly messed-up matte platinum blonde hair, dark brows and lashes and red lipstick. And one very cool rhinestone earring. And then that Ryan Gosling is just so darn cute. 

Blue Valentine is about the lifespan of the love affair between Ryan and Michelle’s married characters – how they fell in and eventually out of love. It’s shot almost like a documentary and is supposedly a very honest and raw portrayal of real love between two people. It was an Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival and is getting Oscar buzz for both Best Picture and Best Actors(s). I can’t wait to see these two come alive together on screen. Until the movie comes out in December, we have these photos.
