While in Santa Barbara last weekend for a family friend’s wedding we took a day trip to wine country, ‘Sideways‘ style, to taste what the region had to offer (lots of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, yummmyyy). It was, of course, scenic and gorgeous and I ended up trying some new things that I loved, such as a White Syrah (that resembles a rosé, but doesn’t taste nearly as sweet) and a Viognier (never had before). My father congratulated me for paying attention and learning all sorts of new things! I couldn’t resist some pictures of the day, so sharing with you here. Is is wine hour yet?
