On the Saturday I was in New York, I decided to take a break from the craziness of fashion week and the city and take to Brooklyn for the Brooklyn Flea Market in Fort Greene. My two friends and I instantly fell in love with the charming borough – a nice laid-back escape from the city without being too far. We discovered a small boutique there that we wanted to literally move into – Stuart & Wright. If I could only shop in one place for the rest of my life – this store would be it (maybe along with Opening Ceremony), it was that cool. You must go. The Brooklyn Flea market was equally as charming and amazing – a literal playground for the vintage loving girl. I scored a black short sleeved pleated-skirt dress that I am imagining wearing to death this fall. Couldn’t have asked for a better Saturday.
