Jo Malone ‘Orange Blossom’ Body Creme
This body creme is like divine providence on your skin. Light, fluffy and not at all greasy. And this light scent (Duchess Kate’s favorite) just smells of Spring air.
Covergirl Lip Perfection in ‘Divine’, Dolce & Gabbana Passion Duo Fusion Gloss Lipstick in ‘Satin’
Lately I have been completely obsessed with purple hued lipstick and I can’t stop buying them. I have landed on these two as my favorites. I got lucky on a frantic Walgreens run on my way to an event a bit ago and found this great Cover Girl shade, which is amazing because it’s very layerable and actually dyes your lips and thus the color stays on forever (downside: it tastes super weird and takes serious makeup remover to get off). While browsing Saks, a shop girl turned me onto this gorgeous D&G shade, which is a richer purple and is very soft and glossy and comes in a super glamorous gold tube that I love pulling out of my clutch. I highly recommend both- lust & must.
Bumble & Bumble Texture Hair Creme
This hair creme has revolutionized my long hair look. I have fine fine hair and this gives that perfect amount of texture to create perfect unperfect, slept-in tousled hair. A look I happen to love. You can layer it on depending on how much texture you want. Try it.
Bobbi Brown Brightening Finishing Powder
This is the ultimate mid-day pick-me-up powder. You know, when you have that 3pm presentation or a 5pm happy hour and your face needs some refreshing and wakeing up without another layer of cakey powder. I’ve come to swear by this stuff.
Kate Spade Le Pavillion Large Maneula Cosmetic Case
My mom unexpectedly got me this KS cosmetics/toiletry bag for my birthday as she found that whenever I came to visit, my stuff was all over the place. At first I thought it was just far too big and I didn’t need it. And then I went out of town with it last weekend and guess what? I.love.it. it holds ALL MY STUFF! makeup, contacts, hairspray, nail polish, straightening iron, you name it. What a concept. Plus it lays really flat so it’s not too hard to pack. I highly recommend this bag to any moderately high maintenance girl who wants to bring a little organization (and polka dotted cuteness) to their travel routine.
Jo Malone and Bobbie Brown are two of my utter favourites! What a perfect selection. (and hey, maybe one day we can afford tons of Jo Malone Candles at our weddings too!)

Oh I’ll definitely have to try the Bumble & Bumble texture cream. I have really long thin hair too and am always looking for a good product to give it more texture!

Thanks for the texture cream tip! I have long hair but if I don’t do anything with it, it’s pretty flat and boring. I’ll have to try out some of that stuff.
